A trilogy by Yuan Tze, translated by Melissa Kung and Rhonwen Seager. Published by the Yuan Tze Centre in Wellington, New Zealand. The Voyage to the Shore series aims to help every one of us understand, change and elevate life. It also teaches us how to provide effective help to other people.

These books are a goldmine of information. I find the language simple and at the same time there seems to be no end to the depth and breadth of the teachings. Many people have said from these books that each reading feels like a new reading. These are valuable reference books to keep by your side.

Book coverVoyage to the Shore Part I  - 2008, pp 346

Part I is the transcript of the first four levels of Yuan Tze's teachings of the Zhineng Qigong Teacher and Therapists training program held from 2004 to 2006 in Wellington, New Zealand. It has a more theoretical approach to the topics of Ren Xue and Qigong than Part III, but I still find it very easy to read. An appendix has instructions on the Zhineng Qigong posture and the Basic Exercises.

Book coverVoyage to the Shore Part II - 2010, pp 557

Part II covers the remaining four levels of the Qigong Teacher and Therapists Training program held from 2004 to 2006 in Wellington, New Zealand. It may be difficult to read Part II without having first read Part I. There are references for books on Zhineng Qigong Science by Professor Pang Ming, but those are available in Chinese only.

Book coverVoyage to the Shore Part III - 2011, pp 439

Part III has the transcripts of the lectures given during five 2-week retreats held from 2007 to 2011 in New Zealand. Yuan Tze answers questions on a most unimaginable range of topics raised by his students. So the teachings are in a conversational style, are easy to read and are immensely practical. Most people prefer to start with Part III and many have said that they could not put this book down. It includes an introduction to Yuan Tze REN XUE.

No. 1. New Beginnings: an Invitation to Know Yourself and Change your Destiny - 2012, pp 182

This small book is the transcript of the last of the retreats given by Yuan Tze in New Zealand (2011). The teachings addressed both experienced and new students, but since there was more depth than in previous retreats, the reading might be richer after having read Part III of the trilogy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
