Introductory Qigong Class

This class may be a great opportunity if you don't feel ready to embark in a full course. It will be a delightful experience of Qigong. 

Qigong works directly with Qi - the fundamental stuff our body and mind are made off. The effects can therefore be very deep and surprising.  

In this class you will:

• Experience Qi through simple methods.
• Enhance your awareness of Qi.
• Learn what Qi is and it’s role in your life.
