How I will help

  • I use Qigong methods (light movements and mind activity). Their benefits have been experienced by millions of people over 1000s of years. I am trained to teach them safely and adapt them to your needs.
  • I will help you understand what a human life truly is, so you can take practical steps to support your life and thrive.
  • Any progress you make will benefit those around you. By helping ourselves, we are also helping our loved ones and the community.
